The opening of the exhibition "Wrocław Breaks the Iron Curtain" will be one of the events accompanying the 8th European Remembrance Symposium in Paris. The display created by the Zajezdnia History Centre will open at the Embassy of Poland on 28 May.

In 2002, British historians Norman Davies and Roger Moorhouse published a monograph on Wrocław, portraying the city as a place whose experience accumulates and reflects the fate of entire Central-European region if not Europe as a whole. The exhibition explores this notion, depicting the history of Wrocław against a broader historical background of the 20th century in Europe.

The opening of the display prepared by the Zajezdnia History Centre will take place at the Polish Embassy in Paris on 28 May.

The event is among the events accompanying the 8th European Remembrance Symposium.
